Hi there! I’m renting a room in a shared flat which will be available as of the 1 december The room is furnished and is very quiet as it overlooks the inner courtyard.
We are preferably looking for a girl who has a full-time job and is not working from home as this would fit our way of living and sharing the flat. Please note that this is not a party flat and we love to keep our home clean and quiet, so that we can rest in peace after a day of work.
You would be sharing the apartment with me, a 32 yo Italian photographer and Bartender , and with Amanda, who is spanish and she is studying and also working .
The kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
The flat is located in a quiet street in the heart of Kreuzberg, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the city with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes and close to some famous clubs.
