Die Lage ist perfekt im Graefekiez, also hat man alles, was man braucht, in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. U8 und M41 sind in 2-4 Minuten erreicht.

It's practically a 2-bed flat share, but there's another main tenant who has his own room and sometimes comes to Berlin. Last year he was only there for a few days, so I don't think it's likely that he'll show up during this period.

My flatmate and I are vegan and don't smoke. We are LGBT/LGBT friendly. The main tenant is not vegetarian or vegan. He smokes in the flat when he comes.
My flatmate speaks english and portuguese.

As far as cleanliness is concerned, we simply show consideration for each other and don't leave any plates unwashed, for example. But we don't have a cleaning schedule.

Es handelt sich praktisch um eine 2er WG, aber es gibt noch einen Hauptmieter, der ein eigenes Zimmer hat, und manchmal nach Berlin kommt. Letztes Jahr war er nur ein paar Tage da, also halte ich es für unwahrscheinlich, dass er in diesem Zeitraum erscheint.

Mein Mitbewohner und ich ernähren und vegan und rauchen nicht. Wir sind LGBT/LGBT-freundlich. Der Hauptmieter ist kein Vegetarier oder Veganer. Er raucht in der Wohnung, wenn er da ist.
Mein Mitbewohner spricht Englisch und Portuguiesisch.

Was die Sauberkeit angeht, so nehmen wir einfach Rücksicht aufeinander und lassen zb keine Teller ungewaschen, usw. Aber einen Putzplan haben wir nicht.

Ich suche nach einer sauberen Person, die sich um meine Pflanzen kümmert. Aus diesem Grund hätte ich gerne, wenn du in deiner Nachricht angeben könntest, wie du weißt, wann der richtige Zeitpunkt zum Gießen einer Pflanze ist, oder ob du noch warten musst.
Der nächste wichtige Punkt ist, dass du wissen solltest, wie wichtig das Lüften in alten Gebäuden ist, vor allem im Winter, da es keine zentrale Lüftungsanlage gibt. Sonst ist Schimmel an den Wänden fast garantiert. Könnten du mir bitte sagen, wie oft du das Zimmer lüften würdest, ohne Heizenergie zu verschwenden?
Es ist wichtig für mich, dass ich dir in dieser Sache vertrauen kann, deswegen werde ich auf Nachrichten ohne diese Information nicht antworten.
