Room in wg, no almeldung
Dates: from the 28th of january 2024 to the 23rd of february 2024.
This is an official sublent with contract (NO ANMELDUNG) as the landlord is fully aware of the situation.
Room is fully furnished, with desk, smart tv, couch and double bed. Bed is in a mezannine (a sort of massive bulk bed). Kitchen and batroom fully equiped and functional. Im personnaly quite clean and would like someone that has similar standards not only for my room but also for the full apartment.
Appartment is very well connected, in kreuzberg, only a two minute walk from the shonleinstr stop.
Lots of grocery shops in the area. All the cool bars as well.
You will be sharing the apartment with Jules, a french guy from alsace that loves tatoo, skateboarding, music. He’s a very calm chill guy. He speaks enflish and french.
His cat, lily, also lives in the apartment. She’s the most wonderfully loving cat ever.
There’s another room in the flatshare but it will also be sublented so i cant say much about that extra person (yet).
As i know most people are looking for long contracts, room is only officialy sublented when i get the deposit. Of course you will get a set of key at this moment as well.
