Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes und gemütliches Bett, einen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, sowie genügend Stauraum in Schrank und Kommode.
Die Fenster schauen auf die Baumkronen der Straße und bieten einen traumhaften Blick auf den Abendhimmel. Besonders nachmittags scheint die Sonne herein und wärmt das Gemüht!
Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein sehr schönes Wannenbad mit Duschwand und großem Spiegel, sowie einer großen und gemütlichen, vollausgestatteten Küche. Zu den Besonderheiten der Ausstattung, neben den üblichen Küchenutensilien, gehören eine Spühlmaschine, eine Siebträgerkaffeemaschine, ein Kontaktgrill, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher, ein Pürierstab uvm.

The window faces the treetops of our street and offer a beautiful view of the sunset as well as a nice evening sun to warm up your soul!
The apartment also has a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a showerwall with a big mirror, as well as a big and cozy kitchen, which is fully equiped! Apart from the regular household appliances, the kitchen also offers a dishwasher, a good coffee machine, a contact grill, a microwave, a waterboiler and a blender.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Oppelnerstraße, 3 Gehminuten von der beliebten U-Bahnstation "Schlesisches Tor". Während die Oppelnerstraße eher ruhig ist, finden sich im umliegenden Wrangelkiez, Lausitzerkiez und den vielen großen und kleinen Straßen der Umgebung zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte.
Am Schlesichen Tor vorbei geht man noch ein paar Minuten bis zur Spree, an der es schöne Sonnenuntergänge, Straßenmusik und allerlei Anderes zu entdecken gibt. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche Clubs, wie das Watergate, Lido, die fiese Remise und mehr. Das RAW-Gelände und seine diversen kulturellen Angebote sind ebenfalls fußläufig, über die Warschauerbrücke zu erreichen.

The apartment is on the Oppelnerstraße, 3 walking minutes to the popular Metrostation "Schlesisches Tor". While the Oppelnerstraße is rather quiet, you can find a diverse mix of restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding streets.
Passing the Schlesisches Tor and walking a few minutes more, you reach the river Spree, where you can discover nice sunsets, streetmusic and many other great things. Also you will find several clubs like the Watergate, Lido or fiese Remise. Walking still further north, over the Warschauerbrücke, you'll walk right into Friedrichshain and directly into the RAW-Area, with its divers cultural offers.

Wir sind eine 3er WG aus Freund*innen, weshalb wir Wert auf ein reibungsloses Miteinander legen. Das soll natürlich nicht bedeuten, dass wir irgendwelche Erwartung in Bezug auf gemeinsam verbrachte Zeit legen! Vielmehr legen wir Wert auf eine respektvolle und dialogorientierte Umgangsweise.
Das Zimmer wird frei, weil Ich für den genannten Zeitraum verreisen möchte. Es verbleiben also Bircan und Lisa in der Wohnung.
Bircan macht eine Ausbildung zum Schneider, hört gern Musik und ist ein äußerst offener und fröhlicher Mensch, mit dem mensch einfach gerne Zeit verbringt. Lisa arbeitet bei einem beliebten Event-Magazin und lebt für Ausgeh- und Nachtkultur.
Wir freuen uns darauf dich kennen zu lernen!

We are a flat consisting of friends, which is why we appreciate a communicative and friendly community! This doesn't mean we expect you to spend time with us, but rather, that we treat each other nicely.
One of us will be traveling in the given timeframe, which is why we are looking to sublet one room. The ones who remain are Lisa and Bircan, who are very open and friendly people. Bircan is in an apprenticeship to become a tailor and Lisa works in a popular Event-Magazine and lives for Berlin Nightlife.
