It's a big spacious fully furnished room with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor (Altbau). Big DIY walk in closet with plenty of hangers at your disposal. The luxurious bed is 180cm wide and brand new. I recently installed blackout blinds which allow you to perfectly manage the light that enters the bedroom to your own preferences.
The large work station / desk is well lit and has plenty of power sockets right next to it.
Located in a quiet yet central neighbourhood in Alt-Treptow with several busses, nightbusses and S-Bahnen connecting you to Mitte, Neukölln, Kreuzberg etc.
3 supermarkets, a book shop (order any title today, pick up tomorrow! really cool service!), flower shops, bars, (vegan) cafés, Sudanese restaurant, bakeries etc. right around the corner.
You reach the respective bus stops in 5 and 7 minutes, S-Bahn station Treptower Park in 10 minutes, and U-Bahn station Schlesisches Tor in 14 minutes.
Your flatmate will be the wonderful Deepika who works full-time and loves to cook. You can determine how much or how little you'd like to engage in communal activities during your stay. We're usually busy with our own schedules and only sometimes share a meal.
You can look forward to living in a clean flat because Dee and I have cracked the code and worked out a highly efficient yet simple cleaning schedule. Each person only invests 30-50 minutes every week into cleaning activities, depending on whose turn it is to do a deep clean. I'll give you the details once we talk via video call. it's super simple and straightforward.
If needed you can get access to the basement for storage, too. You're also welcome to use my city bike at no additional cost if you'd like. Just let me know.
