Approximately 220cm wide and 420cm long- 9.2 square meters. There is some furniture in the room which can be removed if you wish. It is more spacious than it looks from the pictures- can easily fit a double bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.

The flat rate for rent is 643 which includes absolutely everything such as wifi, heating, water, insurance, etc.
The apartment is located in a very central area of Berlin. On both sides of the apartment are green areas- your bedroom window looks into Waldeckpark across the street and the living room & the balcony face the inner garden with trees & a playground.
Located in city centre, 15min walk to Check point Charlie, 25min walk to the TV tower.
About me
I am a 29year old male, I work remotely in the marketing field and will be working from my room most of the time- so your packages will surely get delivered! My hobbies are very outdoorsy and active, therefore, after my work day at home I usually leave the house for the evening. I’ve been living with roommates for the past 10 years and I know how to respect private space and keep the place clean.
The apartment
It was renovated in 2019 and I am the first tenant to move in, everything is modern and well-equipped. The apartment is 65square meters and is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need on a daily basis. The appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, TV, and other fully furnished rooms. There is plenty of space available for any furniture/equipment you may want to bring. There are 3 rooms available, from which, we will have a bedroom each and the living room will stay as a shared space between us two.
