I'm looking for a new housemate to share a friendly and respectful living together in a flat centrally located in Kreuzberg.
The apartment has three rooms, and one of them is a shared home office and guest room. The flat is furnished, so all kitchen appliances and utensils are included (dishwasher, washing machine, etc), and it has a spacious balcony with a view of the TV Tower.
The bedroom is bright and turned to a side street, making it quiet and cozy.

The apartment is around the corner from the stations Moritzplatz (U8) and Prinzenstraße (U1), so it's pretty easy to get anywhere in town with public transportation. There are several supermarket options nearby (including Edeka, Denn's, and Netto) and the spree is only a 7-minute walk away.
The location is very central. There are various restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, and Kotti and Oranienplatz are within walking distance. Also, if you're interested in Arts, the König Galerie and the Berlinische Galerie are in the neighborhood.
For me, it is important that living together is marked by mutual respect for each person's private space, but also that there is a friendly atmosphere with opportunities to share some nice moments. It's nice to have clean shared spaces, so shared responsibilities on house chores are also important.
I'm looking for a longer-term housemate, so initially, I'm offering a six-month sublet contract, but if living together goes well it should be possible to extend it for an unlimited duration. An Anmeldung is also possible.
