Our second room is now available, this is approx. 24 square meters, furnished with a large shelf, table with chair and a clothes rail. There is a chic communal kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a cellar and a room for storing small items.
Die Altbauwohnung liegt im schönen Wrangelkiez. In der Wrangelstraße gibt es alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie Supermärkte, Post, Frisöre, Copyshop, Mac-repair, Ärzte, Restaurants, Cafes und Bars und vieles mehr. Zur U-bahn Schlesisches Tor ist man fußläufig in 4 Min und an der S-bahn Warschauer Straße in 10 Min. Der Görlitzer Park ist in der Parallelstraße anliegend sowie der Treptower Park in der Nähe und bis in die Rummelsburger Bucht kann man joggen oder Rad fahren. Ein richtiger Hotspot um dem Leben in Berlin zu genießen oder abzuschalten.

It's a 4-minute walk to the Schlesisches Tor subway and a 10-minute walk to the Warschauer Straße S-Bahn. Görlitzer Park is on the parallel street, Treptower Park is nearby and you can jog or cycle all the way to Rummelsburger Bucht drive. A real hotspot to enjoy life in Berlin or to switch off.
Ich Tassilo (44 Jahre) bin ein paar Tage in der Woche nur tagsüber 9-19:00 Uhr von Mo-Fr in einem Zimmer und arbeite von dort aus an meinem NFT-Startup. Am WE kann mein Zimmer als Gemeinschaftzimmer genutzt werden. Couch mit Tisch.
Das Leben in der WG ist entspannt, ich bin weltoffen und bei uns ist jeder willkommen.
