The apartment is spread over three floors. Your flatmates Vicky, Jannik and Mai live on the second floor. There is also a large bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. On the first floor there is a large eat-in kitchen/living room and a small bathroom. Your two rooms are in the basement. With a total of 50 square meters, you have plenty of space to make yourself comfortable. You also have a staircase directly out to the garden. There is also a huge roof terrace at the top.
As we are only moving into the apartment ourselves in June, there are no photos of the furnishings yet. But to give you a rough idea, we've put photos of the empty room and our current room. Please note that a dry wall will be installed so that it is separated into two rooms! The rooms will have two desks (one of which is height-adjustable), cupboards, a bed and a sofa bed, as well as a spinning bike and two sewing machines.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über drei Etagen. Im ersten Stock wohnen deine Mitbewohnis Vicky, Jannik und Mai. Dort ist auch das große Bad und der Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine große Wohnküche und ein kleines Bad. Im Soutterain sind eure beiden Zimmer (eine Trockenbauwand wird gerade noch eingebaut). Mit insgesamt 50qm habt ihr viel Platz es euch gemütlich zu machen. Außerdem habt ihr einen Aufgang direkt raus zum Garten. Ganz oben gibt es noch eine riesige Dachterrasse.
Da wir zu Juni selbst erst in die Wohnung ziehen, gibt es gerade noch keine Fotos mit Einrichtung. Aber um euch schonmal eine grobe Idee zu geben, haben wir Fotos von dem leeren Zimmer und unserem jetzigen Zimmern rein gestellt. Das Zimmer wird zwei Schreibtische haben (einer davon höhenverstellbar), Schränke, ein Bett und ein Schlafsofa, sowie ein Spinning-Rad und zwei Nähmaschinen.
The house is located in a quiet and green backyard. It is centrally located in Kreuzberg, two minutes south of Görlitzer Park. In addition, a branch of the Spree flows around the corner and there are other parks very close by (Maybachufer, Schlesischer Busch).
You can walk to Schlesisches Tor (U1) and Hermannsplatz (U8) in 10 minutes. And the M28 also runs around the corner.
Edeka and Aldi are within walking distance.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen und grünen Hinterhof. Es ist zentral in Kreuzberg gelegen, zwei Minuten südlich vom Görlitzer Park. Außerdem fließt ein Seitenarm der Spree um die Ecke und es gibt sehr dicht weitere Parks (Maybachufer, Schlesischer Busch).
In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß sowohl am Schlesischen Tor (U1), als auch beim Hermannsplatz (U8). Und die M28 fährt auch um die Ecke.
Edeka und Aldi befinden sich in Laufdistanz.
A special feature of the flat share is that in addition to our three great flatmates Vicky, Jannik and Mai, you also have five other friends of ours and a very cute dog (!!!) right next door.
So if you like, you can have lots of lovely people with a thousand interests around you. We cook, paint, do handicrafts, play sports, make music, play board games, cowork, drink and much more.
The five of us have been friends for many years and have lived together for three of them. So our shared flat life is very close. But there is absolutely no pressure for you and the extra floor with your rooms also invites you to retreat.

Eine Besonderheit der Wg ist, dass ihr neben unseren drei tollen Mitbewohnis Vicky, Jannik und Mai auch noch fünf weitere Freunde von uns und einen zuckersüßen Hund (!!!) direkt nebenan habt.
Wenn ihr mögt, könnt ihr also viele liebe Menschen mit tausend Interessen um euch haben. Es wird gekocht, gemalt, gebastelt, Sport gemacht, musiziert, Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt, ge-coworked, getrunken und vieles mehr.
Wir fünf sind schon viele Jahre befreundet und wohnen drei davon zusammen. Daher ist unser Wg-Leben sehr eng. Für euch besteht da aber absolut kein Zwang und die extra Etage mit euren Zimmern lädt auch zum Rückzug ein.

We occupy the rooms as a couple. Therefore there is only one bed. If there are two of you but you don't want to share a bed, we also have a sofa bed and an extra mattress.

Wir bewohnen die Zimmer als Paar. Daher gibt es nur ein Bett. Falls ihr zu zwei seid aber euch kein Bett teilen wollt, haben wir auch ein Schlafsofa und eine zusätzliche Matratze.
