Die Wohnung hat schöne abgeschliffene Dielen, ist aber sonnst einfach eingerichtet. Altbau mit höhe Decken. Sehr ruhiges Wohnhaus. Die Nachbar*innen sind Freundlich!
Das Bad ist Renovierungsbedürftig.
The flat has lovely varnished wooden floors, but apart from this, it is pretty simple. It is an 'Altbau' with high ceilings, and the building is pretty quiet. The neighbours tend to say hello!
The bathroom needs to be renovated.
The photos are old, things changed a bit since then, but it gives you an idea.
Toll! Echt schöne Strasse, mit vielen netten Cafes, Bars, und Spazier Möglichkeiten.
Cafes - Graefe Kiez, Bergmannstrasse, Kreuzkölln, Kottbussertor usw!
Spaziergehen - Hasenheide, Tempelhof, der Kanal, alles ein Paar Minuten entfernt.
It's a great area and a really beautiful street, with trees, and little traffic.
There are several areas with cafes nearby, such as Graefestrasse, Dieffenbach, Bergmannstrasse, Kreuzkölln with Weserstrasse etc, and then Kottbussertor isn't far either.
And then to walk - Hasenheide is 50 metres away, and after that you're in Tempelhof. The canal is also at the end of the road, with green spaces.
Manchmal trinken wir einen Tee in die Küche für 2 Stunden und über alles diskutieren, aber manchmal ist eine oder der andere eher beschäftigt mit Arbeit oder das Leben.
