Ich vermiete zwischen dem 2. und18. März mein wunderschönes, ruhiges und helles möbliertes Kreuzberger Zimmer im 3. Stock, mit abgezogenen Dielen, Stuck und so weiter. Das Zimmer hat ca. 21qm, es ist super großzügig und durch zwei große Fenster sehr hell. Zur Mitbenutzung gibt's ein etwas kleineres Gästezimmer/Büro, Küche, Bad und Flur.
Im Zimmer gibt es ein Sofa, genug Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten (ein paar meiner Sachen bleiben aber drin), einen riesigen Schreibtisch und ein 1,60-Bett mit "der besten je getesteten Matratze". Bei Bedarf kannst Du auch auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche von uns zurückgreifen. (eine Kommode, ein kleiner und ein großer Schrank und ein Spiegel sind nicht auf den Fotos).
Die 3-Raum-Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren saniert, hat überall schöne Holzböden, eine geräumige Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd und wirklich allem Küchenkram, den man so braucht.
Du wohnst in der Zeit mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Ellen aus Norwegen. In den vier Wochen bist Du natürlich WG-Mitglied und kein Hotelgast, kümmerst Dich also genauso um Müll und Putzen wie ein*e richtige*r Mitbewohner*in. Das ist mir wichtig! Keine Airbnb-Preise heißt auch kein Airbnb-Service!
Wenn Du nur einen Teil der Zeit ein Zimmer brauchst oder am Anfang/Ende noch ein paar Tage im Gästezimmer wohnen willst, schreib mir bitte, die Daten sind in Grenzen flexibel. Für kurze Zeitdauern kann der Mietpreis "pro Nacht" ein bisschen höher sein.

I'm subletting my beautiful room between March 2nd and March 18th, 2019. It's in a gorgeous 3-room apartment in Kreuzberg/Bergmannkiez, wooden floors, stucco ceilings, fitted kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances, 3rd floor with lots of light. Renting out 1.5 semi-furnished rooms: 21sqm and half of 12 sqm as guest room, study or huge walk-in closet ;) ... 4 minutes from Bergmannstr. cafés and restaurants, 2 minutes to U7 Gneisenaustr., 2 minutes to the wonderful Landwehrkanal to jog or suntan... rent includes all bills, wifi, landline flat for Germany etc.
The room is fully furnished, it has a couch, lots of storage space for your stuff (I'll leave some of my things too), a huge desk and a 1.60m bed with the "best mattress ever tested" by the German consumer organisation :) (a small and a large closet, a chest of drawers and a mirror are not in the pictures)
You'll share the apartment with my flatmate Ellen from Norway. During the time you're staying in the apartment, you're a flatmate, not a hotel guest obviously. So you'll take care of the trash and cleaning just as a regular flatmate. This is really important to me. I'm not asking for airbnb prices, so there is no airbnb service!
If you only need a room for part of the time indicated or if you need it for a few days longer in the beginning or end, please write to me. I'm sure we can find a solution with the guest room and all, the dates are flexible within limits. For shorter times than the 4 weeks, the rent "per night" can be a bit higher than when renting the whole period.
Zwischen Landwehrkanal und Bergmannkiez, super zentral und doch grün und ruhig. Zur U7 Gneisenaustraße sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten, zum Direktbus Richtung Hauptbahnhof 3 Minuten. Späti, Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Kneipe und kleiner Supermarkt sind in einer Minute zu erreichen, den großen Supermarkt und gefühlte tausend Restaurants, Geschäfte und Eisdielen sowie die Markthalle gibts in 4-minütiger Entfernung. Für Läufer*innen und Wochenendgenießer*innen ist das Tempelhofer Feld 10 Minuten mit dem Rad weg, der Landwehrkanal 3 Minuten.
Du teilst Dir die ca. 76qm große Wohnung mit Ellen, w 28.
