The 3-room flat (80 qm) ist situated in alternative and creative Kreuzberg, Oranienstraße (Heinrichplatz). There you can find a lot of bars, nice little shops and lovely ambiente of berlin. Whatever you prefer, you can find everything: party, bars, parks, shopping stores, the canal, the turkish markt and a lot of relaxing cafes.
The 26-qm room is nice, bright and comfortable. You have a little leaving room and a beautiful balcony in the room where you can have dinner, sunbathe or just relax. In the corridor we have a professional table football!! The kitchen goes to the streetsight, to the Heinrichplatz, so you can enjoy the view while drinking your coffee or your glass of wine. The bathroom is small but nice as well :-)You can use everything in our kitchen including the washing machine. We also have Wi Fi for free use.
Also the station of public transport is close to the flat (U8,U1 3 minutes away by walk and the M29 at 1 minute away by walk). You just need 4 stations to Alexander Platz and 3 to Neukölln and Friedrichshain.
The flatmates are from Italy (26) and Chile (26) and we speak German, Spanish and English. We appreciate the Berlin creativity but also quietness. We sometimes have dinner together and share friends. It is not a party WG because we are full-working people :-) we also appreciate order and cleanness.
Please notice that Im just leaving for 1 months and the room is full furniture and with all my belongings.
