In meiner sanierten, großen WG werden drei Zimmer frei!
a) Zimmer 1 mit 23qm für 700 € (ab 1. April)
b) Zimmer 2 mit 15 qm und Hochbett für 555 € (ab 15. April)
c) Zimmer 3 mit 12 qm für 480 € (ab dem 7. April)

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 110 qm groß und hat noch einen langen Flur, eine große Wohnküche - ebenfalls mit kleinem Flur mit Hochbett für Gäste und Gardrobe. In der Wohnküche kann zusammen sitzen, kochen und abends was fernsehen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus und an einem ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig.
(Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell - die Möbel sind teilweise getauscht. Aber im Kern stimmt der Eindruck.
Die ganze Wohnung ist frisch gemalert.)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber der Ubahn Station "Görlitzer Bahnhof" im Herzen von Kreuzberg. Restaurants, Bars und Clubs gibt es hier so viele, dass wir sie noch nicht alle besuchen konnten. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Mit der U1 und vom Kotti mit der U8 kommt man blitzschnell überall hin.
Da alle Zimmer neu belegt werden, kann ich hier nix zum WG-Leben schreiben.
Hauptmieter bin ich: Sebastian Jabbusch (41 DE, vgl. www.sebastianjabbusch.de). Ich habe die WG vor einigen Jahren gegründet. Leider musste ich ausziehen, komme aber nicht aus dem Mietvertrag raus. Daher muss ich die Zimmer nun untervermieten. Ich bin studierter Politologe und arbeitet als Selbstständig.
In jedem Fall solltet ihr die WG immer sauber halten.
Ihr könnt Euch auch zu Dritt für alle drei Zimmer bewerben.
Wir haben die Wohnung mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirr-Spülmaschine, Lampen, Geschirr, Besteck etc ausgestattet. Du musst also keinerlei Möbel oder ähnliches mitbringen.
Erstmal suchen einen dauerhaften Mitbewohner für das Zimmer.

WICHTIG: Die Wohnung ist 100% rauchfrei (inkl. Marihuana). Bitte bewerbt Euch nicht, falls ihr Raucher seid! Dies ist eine Nicht-Raucher-WG.

Three rooms are available in my renovated, large shared flat!
a) Room 1 with 23sqm for 700 € (from April 1st)
b) Room 2 with 15 sqm and bunk bed for 555 € (from April 15th)
c) Room 3 with 12 sqm for 480 € (from April 7th)
The apartment is approx. 110 square meters in total and has a long hallway, a large eat-in kitchen - also with a small hallway with a bunk bed for guests and a wardrobe. In the eat-in kitchen you can sit together, cook and watch TV in the evening. The entire apartment is located in the rear building in a quiet backyard. This makes it very quiet.
The flat share also has a large eat-in kitchen where you can .
(The photos are not completely up-to-date - some of the furniture has been replaced. But the impression is basically correct.

The flat is located directly across from the Görlitzer Bahnhof subway stop on the U1 in the heart of Kreuzberg. We are surrounded by countless bars, clubs, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as numerous quaint clothing stores. A large Kaiser’s supermarket is also only a 5 minute walk away.
The location directly on the U1 affords you fast connections to all other parts of the city.
>> Living Together / A bit about us:
I am Sebastian (33), I have a degree in political science and I am self employed. Sady I cannot get out of the contract, so I must subrent.
Cleanliness and order are particularly close to our hearts and we would appreciate a roommate who can respect this.
We are always looking to get to know and talk to interesting people, but this is by no means a requirement. The large kitchen offers the opportunity for chats and group meals. There is also a TV in the shared space in order that we might have the opportunity to watch films together on the big screen.
Though friendly and open, we’re not big party people and are looking to create a quiet, peaceful living space together.
