- Charming, quite& sunny 20qm room
- Furnished: Comfortable bed (1,60 x 2,00m), couch, desk, little racks
- Internet/WLAN + washing machine, bedding (bedclothes) + towels included in the rent

- Cleaning fee of 30€/to be paid once
- View of the flat not (absolutely) necessary
