30 € pro Tag und Reinigungsgebühr Bettwäsche 10 €. Großes King size Bett, also auch für Pärchen möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man ist sofort im Viktoria/Kreuzbergpark und auch im neu angelegten Gleisdreieckpark mit vielen Sportmöglichkeiten. Schnell ist man im Bergmann und Akazienkiez.Cafes, Restaurants und Bars sind nur ein Katzensprung. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Yorckstr.(U7,S1&2&25), Julius-Leberbrücke(S1) und Platz der Luftbrücke(U6) sowie die Busse 104; 140; M19...gibt wohl noch mehr, aber habe ich nie genutzt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus ist man in 10min am Tempelhofer Feld.
Mir ist es wichtig die Zimmer in verantwortungsvolle Hände zu geben.

the flat is in a cosy street. The area offers many things to do: Cafes, Bars,Restaurants in Akazienstr., Bergmannstr. or Mehringdamm; sport or hanging out in the Gleisdreieckpark, Kreuzbergpark or Tempelhofer Feld. It is easy to catch the S1,S2;S25; U7,U6; M19,140 and 104. For going to Partyarea you can take the 104 to Neukölln or the 140 to Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain.
