(In German, English below->) Das kleinste von drei Zimmern im 4. Stock in unserem modernisierten Kreuzberger Altbau ist vom 24. Februar zum bis 15. August frei, da eine unserer Mitbewohnerinnen ein Praktikum im Ausland absolviert
Das kleine Zimmer ist rund 12 m² groß eher lang und schmal, dafür mit toller, wenn auch schmaler Aussicht nach Süden und Sonne von 13 bis 15 Uhr, aber ohne Aussicht auf einen Lift. Es ist möbliert mit einem schönen großen Boxspring-Bett (1,4 m x 2 m), einem weniger schönen kleinen Schreibtisch mit zwei Bauhaus(nicht der Heimwerkermarkt!)-Freischwinger-Sesseln, einem großen Bauhaus(diesmal ist es der Heimwerkermarkt!)-Kleiderschrank, zwei normal großen Kommoden, einem Regal, einem Kleiderständer, zwei Ganzkörper-Spiegel, einem Netz-Telefon flat, Internet flat per DSL und WLAN und wird beheizt per Gasetagen-Heizung.
Eine große Wohnküche mit uralten Möbeln und neuestem technischen Schnickschnack lädt ein zum gemeinsamen Essen und Trinken, Quatschen und Singen, Gitarre-, Schach- und Karten-Spielen, Kochen und Gäste-Bewirten. Ein großes gemütliches, wenn auch miserabel renoviertes Badezimmer mit nagelneuer Öko-Waschmaschine macht den Haushalt perfekt.
The smallest of our three rooms in a modernized ancient building in Kreuzberg will be available from February 24th until the 15th of August, because one of our flat mates is going to Turkey for an internship.
Our flat is situated on the 4th floor, with no elevator in the near future. The small room has a big beautiful solid box spring bed (1,4 m x 2 m), a small wooden desk with two splendid design Bauhaus “Freischwinger” chairs, a big white wardrobe, two fake wooden chests of drawers, two big mirrors. telephone flat, Internet flat via cable or Wi-Fi. Central gas heating.
A big kitchen/living room – badly decorated but with all necessary high end technical equipment – might serve for common eating and drinking, talking and singing, playing guitar, chess and card games as well as for cooking and spoiling guests. A big comfortable bathroom with ugly stains on the wall, but with a brand new high class ecological washing machine, is completing the humble but lovely surrounding.
(In German, English below->) Verkehr: 2,4 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof "Görlitzer Bahnhof", gemessen vom 4. Stock aus (Linien 1 und 3, am Wochenende durchgehend in Betrieb!), 1,3 Minuten zum Bus M 29 (Tag und Nacht zum Kudamm in Charlottenburg und zum Hermannplatz in Neukölln), 4 Minuten per Bus zum Ostbahnhof (mit ICE-Anschluss). Und alle paar Stunden wird ein Parkplatz in der Nähe frei. Aber wir haben zwei Gästefahrräder (also auch eines für deine Gäste ;-) und einen E-Scooter - mit Parkplatz im Hof ;-).
Traffic: From our 4th floor it is 2,4 minutes to the U-Bahnhof "Görlitzer Bahnhof" (Line 1 and 3, on weekends running all night long), 1,3 minutes to the Bus M 29 (day and night to the Kudamm in Charlottenburg and to Hermannplatz in Neukölln), 4 minutes by bus to the Ostbahnhof (with ICE-trains). And every other hour you may find a parking place. But we have two bikes for guests and a private E-scooter for all of us - including parking places in the back yard ;-).
(In German, English below->) Die eine von uns fotografiert und filmt und studiert dies auch durchaus mit heißem Bemühn, so wie die andere das Fach Soziale Arbeit, aber die geht für ein halbes Jahr für ein Praktikum. über den Bosporus. Der Dritte im Bunde lektoriert wissenschaftliche Texte und bringt Studenten und Doktoranden wissenschaftliches Arbeiten bei. Wir reden, singen und lachen viel zusammen, aber nicht jeden Abend. Meist gibt es auch Wichtigeres zu tun. Aber manchmal gehen wir auch zusammen aus.
Our flat mate A is a triathlon champion, but right now she is mainly studying photography and film. Our flat mate B is mainly studying social work or welfare work or something like that, but right now she is shipping to Turkey for a half year internship. Our flat mate C is mainly playing guitar and billiard, but in between he is editing scientific articles and trying to teach the art of writing scientific papers to students and PhD candidates.
We talk and sing and laugh a lot together, but not every evening. Most times we have to study or to work, mainly or now more often at home. But sometimes we even go out, for a beer or to a party, sometimes even together.
Zumindest für ein paar Wochen oder am besten für ein paar Monate in der Zeit zwischen dem 24. Februar und dem 15. August 2022 suchen wir einen inspirierten und inspirierenden Schüler, Studenten, Praktikanten, Akademiker oder Künstler mit genügend Geld auf der Tasche und der nötigen Portion Selbstironie, der sich besonders für die deutsche Sprache und für Berlin und das Leben und die Geschichte hier interessiert.
