Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer und Du wirdst mit 3 Leute wohnen.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber es hat alles, was du brauchst.
I gebe dir das Zimmer am 1.9 ~ 30.9 , da ich am 30.9 zurückkomme.
Du kannst zwischen am 1.9 und 4.9 einziehen, aber der letzte Tag soll gleich sein.
Die Miete ist nur 300 und Kaution ist 100, aber ich gebe dir alles, wenn du kein Problem hast.
The Flat has 4 rooms and you will live with 3 People.
The room is small but it has everything , bed , table , closet.
It is old building and on ground floor with a lot of sunshine.
i sublet the room on 1.9 - 30.9 , cause i'll be back on 30.9.
You can move in between 1.9 and 4.9 but the last day should be same .
The Rent is just 300 included everything. and Deposit for the key is 100 and i will give you back if you don't make any Problem.
The Location is perfect.
There are three U Bahn Station near the Hause.
5 Min by walking from Prinzenstraße (U1) und Hallesches Tor (U1) , 8 Min from Moritzplatz (U8)
It is still in kreuzberg but also just in 10 min you can reach to Mitte. There is Bus M41 ,which go to potzdamerplatz in 10 min.
And also there are two Gallery near the Hause! One is Berlinische Gallery and the other is Königsgalerie.
You can come by easily if you like to go to Gallery.
There are a lot of chance to find Supermarket. Two Edeka , Netto and Aldi !
