ich biete Dir ein vollmöbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete bis zum Ende des Jahres an.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. 2 Min von der Bergmannstrasse entfernt, im der Nähe der U-Bahnstation Gneisenaustraße (3min) und ca. 8min vom U Bahnhof Mehringdamm. Die Supermärkte (Netto, Edeka, Biocompany, Alnatura, Bio-Markthalle), sind in 2 Min zu erreichen. Jeweils 10 Min. zum Viktoriapark oder zur Hasenheide.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, berufstätig (Praktikum, Job, etc), die auch gerne mal auf ein Glas Wein zusammen in der Küche sitzt.
Das Zimmer vermiete ich AUSSCHLIESSLICH an jemanden, den ich vorher persönlich kennengelernt habe und auch nur an eine Frau.
Außerdem sind Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive. Darum bräuchtest Du Dich also nicht kümmern.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen des Bergmannkiezes. Alle Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 3-8 Minuten erreichtbar (U6, U7, Bus 140, Bus 248) Alle bekannten Supermärkte sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dazu kommt die Marheinekemarkthalle und ein kleiner Wochenmarkt am Chamissoplatz.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite leider sehr viel. Daher bin ich meist nur Abends anzutreffen. Ich koche sehr gerne und ab und zu lade ich Freunde ein.
Ansonsten geht es sehr ruhig zu. Ich bin kein Partytyp.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
