Hallo, mein Name ist Simon und ich suche in dem Zeitraum vom 02.11 bis 13.01 (spätestens 31.01, eventuell auch länger) eine(n) Mitbewohner*in. Meine Freundin zieht für den Zeitraum in eine andere Stadt. Ab Mitte November würde noch eine Person in das dritte Zimmer ziehen.
Dein Zimmer ist das größte von insgesamt drei Zimmern. Es hat ca. 27 qm und zeigt nach vorne zur Heimstraße. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 83qm. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es ist ein Bett 80 x 200 vorhanden. Es kann gerne nach Belieben umgestellt werden oder auch eigene Möbelstücke mitgebracht werden.
Die Küche ist geräumig, mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeit und großem Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist etwas kleiner mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Sachen wie Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Geschirr und was man sonst noch so zum Leben braucht ist alles vorhanden. Bettzeug und Handtücher wären auch vorhanden.

Hello! My name is Simon and I am searching for a roommate within the dates of 02.11 to 13.01 (at the latest 31.01, maybe even longer). My girlfriend is moving to another city for this time. There will be joining us a third roommate in the middle of November.
The flat has 83qm in total. Your room is with 27qm the biggest of 3 rooms. It shows to the front street (Heimstraße). The room is furnished. The bed is 80cm x 200cm in size. The furniture can be rearranged as you like it or you can bring your own too.
In the kitchen there is enough space. There is a big refrigerator. The bathroom is a bit small, but has got a bathtub and a washing machine. Stuff like microwave, pots, dishes und everything else you need for living is there. There are also blankets and towels you could use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Heimstraße im Bergmannkiez. Eine super ruhige und entspannte Lage mit guter Anbindung an U7/U6und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist sehr schnell in verschiedenen Parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Viktoriapark).

The flat is located at the Heimstraße in the “Bergmannkiez”. A very nice and quiet living area with good connection to public transport (U7/U6) and good shopping facilities. There are beautiful parks nearby (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Viktoriapark).
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, in Berlin geboren und studiere Medizin im 9. Semester. Zurzeit bin ich mit Studium, Nebenjob und meiner Forschungsarbeit etwas eingespannt und hänge leider oft am Schreibtisch, wenn ich zuhause bin. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, versuche mich derzeit mit Yoga und Meditation, fahre Fahrrad, gehe in die Natur, lese, höre Musik (keine Angst, nur mit Kopfhörern) oder hänge am Laptop. Ich habe derzeit einen eher ruhigen Lebensstil.

I am 26 years old, born in Berlin and studying medicine in the 5th year. At the moment I am a bit busy with studying, job and my doctoral study and sadly sitting a lot in front of my laptop, when I'm home. In my free time I like doing sports, trying out Yoga and Meditation at the moment, meet friends, go cycling, go out in nature, read, listen to music (no worries, only with headphones) or I am stuck to the laptop. So, at the moment I’ve got a bit more quiet lifestyle.
