We are renting out a bright and spacious room (25 sqm) for 710 Euros per month, including all bills. The room has high ceilings. Furniture is already included (bed, desk, shelfes, couch). Your flatmates will be Daniel, a piano player from Cuba, and Pamela, from chile. Both very friendly and helpful. I am living in Indonesia at the moment and I am renting out my room while I am abroad. The flat has a fully equiped kitchen, which we like to keep clean, and a spacious shared bathroom with a bathtub. The flat is located in the 2nd story of a typical Berliner Altbau. That is all basically, but I have only reached 100 words so far, and I need to put in 150, so I continue by typing in some none sense, which might make perfect sense given the right circumstances. The apartment is located in Berlin Kreuzberg, in the heart of the beautiful Graefe-Kiez. Surrounded by many Cafe's, Restaurants and small shops. Just a few walking minutes away from Landwehrkanal, Hasendheide and Tempelhofer Feld. Next Busstop is right across the street. The next metro stations are U-Bahn Suedstern (U7) and U-Bahn Schoenleinstrasse (U8), both 5 walking minutes away.
There are no expectations. Whether you are introverted or outgoing, it's all good. Just be who you are. Sometimes we cook or eat together. There will be a plan for cleaning (kitchen and bathroom), so once in a while everyone has to contribute. We like to keep things in order and clean.
