Das Zimmer ist eher klein aber nach meine Erfahrung war ich damit ganz zufrieden. Es gibt genügende Raum im Garderobe, Schublade und Regal. Der Raum ist sehr gut abgedichtet und sogar im Winter habe ich noch nicht die Heizung an gemacht.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen rustikal Charakter, mit bunten Farben an den Wände wie Sie in dem Fotos schauen können. Alles ist ganz sauber gehaltet von Wohnungputzplan mit alle Mitbewohnern. Es gibt viele Utensilien, Besteck, Pfannen und Topfen in der Küche und man braucht nichts mitbringen.

The room is rather small but after my experience I was completely satisfied. There is enough space in the wardrobe, drawer and shelf. The room is very well sealed and even in winter I have not yet turned on the heating.
The apartment is very cozy and has a rustic character, with bright colors on the walls as you can see in the photos. Everything is kept very clean by flat-cleaning plan with all roommates. There are many utensils, cutlery, pans and pots in the kitchen and you do not need to bring anything.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wrangelkiez, wo sind viele Annehmlichkeiten und Verkehrsmöglichkeiten. Görlitzer Park ist nur eine Minute zum Fuß und es gibt viele andere Optionen für einen schönen Spaziergang. U1 Schlesiches Tor ist nur 3 minuten weit und die Büsse M29, 265 und 165 sind auch sehr nah.
Meine Wohnung öffnet sich zum Hinterhof und man kann kein Verkehrslärm hören. Zum Einkaufen kann man einfach die Straße überqueren und es gibt eine REWE und ein Türkische-markt. Es gibt viele hervorragende Restaurante und Cafes in der Umgebung, wo es viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten gibt.

Die Mitbewohnern sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir sprechen gern über unser Lebensereignisse und Arbeit, normalerweise in der Küche. Einer ist einer junge chinesiche Mann, der momentan Deutsch lernt um sich in eine Universität bewergen zu können. Er möchte was in der Richtung Energieherstellung studieren. Der andere Mitbewohner ist aus der Türkei und er arbeitet in eine Möbelshandlung. Von ihm habe ich meine Wohnung eingerichtet. Momentan wohnt die vierte Mitbewohnerin in eine andere Wohnung, also es gibt nur uns 3 hier in der Wohnung.
Solange Sie freundlich und aufgeschlossen sind, würden wir uns freuen wenn Sie dieses Zimmer vermieteten.

The roommates are very helpful and nice. We like to talk about our life events and work, usually in the kitchen. One is a young Chinese man who is currently learning German to gain a university degree. He wants to study something in the direction of energy production. The other roommate is from Turkey and he works in a furniture store. From him I furnished my apartment. Currently, the fourth roommate lives in another apartment, so there is only us 3 here in the apartment.
