Das Südwest-Zimmer im 5. OG ist sehr sonnig, möbliert mit einem 140cm Bett und einem Tisch. Dazu gehört ein kleiner Flur mit Einbauschränken und Garderobe, eine etwa 2qm große Kammer mit Regalen (als Kleiderschrank nutzbar), ein privates Bad und ein privater Hauseingang. Über das Fenster lässt sich ein Balkoneinteil nutzen. Das Zimmer selbst hat nur ca 13,5qm, insgesamt beträgt die Wohnfläche ca. 23qm. Es gibt keine Küchenmitbenutzung, dafür einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle. Wir suchen daher bevorzugt eine Pendlerin, oder eine Frau die den Raum als Arbeitsraum nutzt und die auch ohne Küchenmitbenutzung glücklich ist. Nur Frauen.
The south-west room on the 5th floor is very sunny, furnishes with a 140cm Bed and a Table. It comes with a separate Hall with built in cabinets and a wardrobe, a 2qm walk-in closet with shelves, a private bath with shower and a private entrance. Trough the window you can access a portion of the balcony which is also yours. The room has only about 13,5qm, but the whole space is about 23qm. I do not offer kitchen use, but will put a small fridge, kettle and a microwave. We are therefore looking for a commuter or someone who uses this as a workspace, who is happy without kitchen. Only women, please. No smokers.
Das Haus liegt in Kreuzberg 61, angrenzend nach Mitte und Schöneberg. M41 (direkt vor dem Haus), zur U6, U7, S1 sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg. Hebbeltheater, Postdamer Platz und Gleisdreieck Park in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Es soll kein WG Leben stattfinden, sondern, wir vermieten einen abgeschlossenen unabhängigen Wohnungsanteil an einen ruhigen Pendler oder eine Pendlerin, der oder die keine Party macht und zufrieden ist ohne Küche oder Gemeinschaftsräume. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei lebendigen Grundschulkindern. Der Bereich ist durch eine schallgeschützte Tür getrennt. Hören wird man uns trotzdem manchmal zu normalen Kinderzeiten - also am frühen morgen, späten Nachmittag bis Abends... Von 22-7h ist es aber in der Regel ruhig. Wir haben auch zwei Katzen.
We are not looking for a shared living situation but want to rent to a professional commuter, who doesn't party at home and is happy without kitchen. We are a family with two lively primary school kids. The space is separated through a sound sheltered door, but you will hear us around normal children hours, from about 10pm to 7am it is normally pretty quiet. We also have two cats.
