Hello people,
I will be commuting to Switzerland every week in March and April, hence I can offer my room for two nights per week from Tuesdays to Thursdays. You can contact me for either one week or all 8 weeks of March/April or something inbetween. Rent is 70€/week + deposit if you stay only during one week (=2 nights). If you stay longer we can negotiate the weekly price.
My room is in an appartment with 4 bed rooms, i.e. 3 room mates and myself. Two of the room mates are working outside of Berlin for some time in March and April. The neighbourhood is relaxed, two parks and Tempelhofer Feld nearby, bars, restaurants, Bergmannstraße, etc pp. I can tell more if needed.
You can come and visit the room if you like.

Hallo Leute,
ich werde im März und April wöchentlich in die Schweiz pendeln. Deshalb möchte ich mein Zimmer zur Untermiete anbieten, jede Woche von Dienstag bis Donnerstag. Bei Interesse kannst Du gern vorbeikommen und den Raum anschauen.

Die Gegend um die Wohnung ist recht belebt, aber nicht völlig überlastet; es gibt zwei Parks, Supermarkt bis 00:00, gutes Essen und Trinken, gute U-Bahn-Anbindung – alles in ca. 5min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

The area surrounding the apartment is quite lively, but not totally overcrowded; there are two parks, Tempelhofer Feld, 2 supermarkets open until 00:00, bars rstaurants, good subway connection – all within a 5 min walking distance.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Georg, Mickey und David, Regisseur, Performer und Philosoph.Ich selbst habe die letzten Jahre in Berlin studiert (verschiedenes, hauptsächlich aber Philosophie, Kultur- und Medienwissenschaft, z.Zt. ein bisschen Mathematik). Jetzt bereite ich ein Promotionsprojekt vor und arbeite.
