One of our rooms in our shared flat will temporarily be free for 4 weeks, starting on 10.10.2019. It measures about 12 m2, and the integrated loft bed creates a kind of second floor. The extra wooden platform creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is facing the inner courtyard, so no street noises (but some noises from the neighbors between 07.00-17.00)
The cost is 100 Euros per week. If you book it for more than 2 weeks, there will be a discount.
The Subway U6/U7 (Mehringdamm) and the busses M19 & 140 are just around the corner.
Supermarkets and a lot of restaurants and cafes are also very close.
The room is situated inside a friendly, talkative "WG" with a big, nice kitchen. In the meanwhile nearly all of us are working people, so even though we do see each other in the evenings, common activities take more place on the weekends.
We are looking for a friendly, open-minded person and we appreciate an uncomplicated interaction between each other.
