Como no tenemos un sótano ni un trastero en el apartamento, estamos buscando a alguien con equipaje ligero;)
Nuestro apartamento es libre de humo y libre de cocinar carne. Está situado entre el parque Görlitzer y Paul-Lincke-Ufer – bien conectado a cafeterías, bares, lugares de boulder .. todo lo que Kreuzberg y Neukölln tienen en oferta. Treptower Park también es muy accesible para correr o pasear.
El alquiler es 546 € en total (incluyendo todo Nebenkosten).

This bright room is open for a new flat mate with a positive take on life and a good resilience towards water sounds from the next door bathroom.
As we neither have a cellar nor storage room in the apartment, we are looking for someone with light weight luggage ;)
Our apartment is smoke free and free from cooking meat. It is located between Görlitzer Park and Paul-Lincke-Ufer – well connected to cafés, bars, boulder places .. all that Kreuzberg and Neukölln have on offer. Treptower Park is also well accessible for jogging or strolling.
The rent is 546 € in total (including all Nebenkosten).
