Dein Zimmer ist 19 qm groß und liegt zum Innenhof, ist daher schön ruhig. Es ist sehr hell und mit dem Nötigsten möbliert. Matratze, Kleiderstange, Regal, Gardine Stuhl, Sessel sind vorhanden. Auf den Fotos ist das Zimmer noch voll eingerichtet. Da liegt daran, dass Jonathan zurzeit noch in dem Zimmer wohnt. Er zieht ab Dezember in ein anders Zimmer in unserer Wohnung, daher bleibt nur ein Teil der Möbel im Zimmer.
Die Lage ist fantastisch, wir wohnen in der Urbanstr. zwischen Kottbusser Tor und Südstern. Inmitten eines wunderschönen grünen Kiezes am Kanal und fußläufig von allem was man gebrauchen kann.
Wir wären mit Dir insgesamt 5 Mitbewohner*innen. Wir studieren fast alle noch und sind eine bunte Mischung. Am besten kommst Du einfach vorbei und machst Dir selbst ein Bild.
Falls du gegen Tierhaare allergisch sein solltest, ist das Zimmer vielleicht nichts für dich. Bei und hat nämlich mal ein Hund gewohnt.
