Hi all - due to circumstances my room has become available as of now until the end of the year, Dec 31. It's a 100m2; 5 bedroom flat (without living room, so very little interaction with roommates if preferred) & two bathrooms - Each room has it's own contract/lease. I'm on the lease until December 31 so I'm looking for someone to take over from now until the end of the year minimum, with possibility to take over the lease if interested (that will have to be discussed with the landlord by then).
As of my case: I want zero hassle, rent paid up front until the end of the year, which is €900 + 200 deposit which you will get back immediately upon moving out, so total of €1100 up front. I don't ask for schufa (solicitar ahora) , payslips or any other paperwork. I am holding viewings this Sunday only, so if you're interested, shoot me a message - ONLY if you're able to pay rent & deposit for November + December up front.
It's a great temporary flat for anyone who is going through a transition - It's located on the corner of Reichenberger Str. & Glogauer Str., steps away from Five Elephants, supermarkets etc. Bus M29 is right by the front door. I truly believe that this is as good as it gets location-wise. I apologise in advance if I don't get to answer every message - please only reach out if you're able to come to the viewing on Sunday afternoon & if you are able to pay for the entire stay in advance. I deliberately kept the deposit low to keep it accessible for most. Thanks.
PS - Room in picture is unfurnished but I'm leaving my mattress, which I bought 2 months ago (brand new).
