We have a nice room available in our flat and are looking for a nice flatmate ✨
We are looking for someone over 25, who has lived with other people before, doesn't smoke or take drugs, is clean, and employed.
Strong emphasis on clean.
Looking for a girl only, just because in the flat usually lived guys and we'd love a change.
Anmeldung is not possible as it's complicated because of the Hausverwaltung.

The start date for the rental is from 1st of June. The contract initially is for six months if the coliving is harmonious, it becomes longterm.
We get a lot of blind messages so please when you write us start your message with the cucumber sentence that you will find later in the text, so we know that you've read our message.
Having said that, we will go through all the messages starting with the 🥒sentence, but sorry in advance as it is not possible to answer everything.

The room is fully furnished, and located at the back of the building, so it's very quiet! It has a bunk bed and a small storage room so it feels like 3 different spaces.
Someone is cleaning the flat & rooms once a week so no need to worry about a cleaning plan! (50€/month, included in the price.)
We like to chill, share dinners and host board game nights from time to time!
Our apartment is 110 square meters has wooden floors and very high ceilings (4 meters).
It is conveniently located in the heart of Kreuzberg, in beaufiful and safe Wranglerkiez, near Markthalle 9, 10 minutes by walk from Schlesisches Tor.
There are many cafes, restaurants, cozy bars, and supermarkets nearby.
Your flatmates would be an Egyptian filmmaker and a greek art student, both very friendly and around 30yo.

• Schlesisches Tor (U1) is 10 minutes by walk
• Aldi and Lidl super markets very close. REWE, PENNY and Edeka not too far away
• Really nice and vibrand neighbourhood with Mariannenplatz and Gorlitzer park just around the corner
• Späti and bars are also there, and Markthalle 9 is 5 minutes by walk
We occasionaly cook and eat together, sharing some wine or a beer, board games (we have a bunch, from exploding kittens and jungle speed to munchkin!), sometimes watching a movie!
Sometimes go to a bar together.
We have lots of plants around and grow avocados!
We also have visits from Katze, the neighbour's cat once in a while! But if you have an allergy we can keep skip it! :)
Anmeldung is unfortunately *NOT* possible, because of our evil hausverwaltung. :'(
So, for someone who absolutely needs an Anmeldung to start their life in Germany, this house is not a good solution.
🌐 FINANCIAL INFORMATION 🌐
➡️ Before finalizing the contract, we will require you to email us a copy of your ID and the last three payslips, ensuring your ability to meet the rent requirements. Please reach out only if your income approximates three times the rental amount (1600 or more Netto).
The process is:
- Initial messaging
- First call with one of the flatmates
- Visit the property, meet the flatmates
- Sign the contract, get the key and & pay half of the deposit.
We message only a small amount of people who's message and photos we liked and sound like a good fit.
We are looking for someone clean, employed, relaxed and uncomplicated, to the extent this is possible.
Unfortunately we suffered a bit during summer, since someone left after 2 months because they found their own place, someone returned to the US after one month, etc.
The whole process requires a considerable amount of time, and we are looking for people who are sure about their long-term goals in the city (minimum one year).
There is a
• 100€ non-refundable fee for the process to be paid upon signing the contract.
• 350€ management fee if you move in but terminate the agreement prematurely (before one year).
