Wir mieten zwei einzelne Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen Dachgeschosswohnung für Dezember un Januar unter. Neben dem Zimmer steht ein großer offener Wohnbereich zur Verfügung, der sehr viel Platz zum Entspannen bietet. Außerdem gibts eine tolle Dachterrasse, den Ausblick könnt ihr auf dem Titelbild sehen. Das kleine Zimmer kostet 400€, das größere 600€ pro Monat. Die komplette Wohnung würden wir für 900€ vermieten. Wir selbst sind innerhalb dieser Zeit nicht in der Wohnung.
Mietdauer: Dezember und Januar, bis einschließlich dem 30.01

We are subletting two rooms in our beautiful loft apartment in Kreuzberg, 2 walking minutes away from Görlitzer Bahnhof. Plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants are around, one of the most popular areas in Berlin. In addition to the room, there’s a big living space, with plenty of space to relax. And the best: there’s a rooftop terrace with an amazing view - which you can see on the title picture. The smaller room is 400 € per month, the bigger on 600€. We would give a little discount for renting the whole flat. This would be 900 € in total.
Dates: December and January, until the 30.01
Located in Kreuzberg, 2 walking minutes away from subway stop Görlitzer Bahnhof. Plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shop all around, one of the most popular areas in Berlin.
There are two bedrooms that are rented out. Both come with a big living space to share.
