Searching for a cosy accommodation in Berlin is a nightmare.
If you are lucky to find something quickly you will end up overpaying it,
If you want something cheap you most likely end up applying for a hundred places before the happy ending.
If you find quickly something super cosy and super cheap, you will end living in Poland (which is still cool!)
BUT NOT THIS TIME!
Since I am leaving Berlin on early-December, a room in our super-comfy flatshare is temporarily vacant! Hurry up!!
The room I am renting out is the biggest among the three (about 25mq) and has direct access to the garden.
Furnished with a wardrobe, nightstands and a huge king-size bed, the room offers all the space you might ever need :)
The room door opens directly on the kitchen-living room which is fairly big and well-equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, pots&cuttelry in the kitchen side; 8-people dining table and a comfy couch to enjoy some TV in the living side of the room). Finally, there is one big bathroom in the apartment, with a comfortable bathtub and a washing machine.
The apartment is located in Gorlitzer Str., very close to the U1/U3 Gorlizer Banhof station.
From there you can get to Warschauer Str. in just 2 stops or to the U8 in one stop on the other direction (Kottbuser Tor).
The position it's perfect for people who love to enjoy the nightlife in the two best districts of Berlin: Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain.
The other two roomies are Gabriel (French, 25) and Kapil (Indian, 26).
We all are business students, openminded, always down for a good talk and even more important, we look cooking for each other!
I am gonna miss my two roomies because they are super easy going and friendly.
700€ is per month starting from January 1st.
For December the price will be discounted, however, the rent will start anyway on December 9th.
There will be a contract (Y) and therefore the Anmeldung will be possible.
