Da ich im Ausland länger sein werde, werde ich mein Zimmer Untermieten. Es ist sehr möglich das ich auch länger bleibe, also 3-4 Monate also end Datum ist noch nicht fix, das Zimmer ist also erst mal zwei Monate verfügbar.
Die Wohnung ist 86qm mit 3 zimmer, kleines Bad und Wohnküche.
Das zimmer ist 24qm, hat ein Schreibtisch, Lautsprecher, Plattenspieler, Couch, Bett und ist nach Westen zur Strasse ausgerichtet, also ist sonnig aber trotzdem Ruhig.

As I'll be in Australia I'm subletting my room for 4 weeks. It is very possible (and likely) that I will stay longer, up to 3 or so months, however I cannot guarantee this, so sublet wold be for 1 month only initially
The room is beautiful 24sqm room in a old building. The room faces west so gets lots of afternoon sun.
The bed, bedsheets, table and couch, is all there for you to use.
Die Wohnung ist im 4og, und mittendrin aber trozdem ruhig und liegt in eine Seitenenstrasse von der Bergmannstrasse in Kreuzberg. DIe Markheinickehalle, Supermakrte, Bars, Plattenladen und Cafe's sind alle innerhalb von 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
U6 und U7 schnell erreichbar.

The flat in the 4th floor and in the mittle of Kreuzberg. Theres record stores, supermarkets, bars and cafe's all within 2 min walk. The area is regarded as one of the nicest areas in Berlin.
Both underground lines U6 and U7 are reachable in a few minutes walk.
Meine Mitbewohner sind beide über 30, berufstatig und wir haben eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphare in der Wohnung. Meine Mitbewohner kommen aus Frankreich und Australien, und sind in Musik und Photographie management berufstätig.

My room mates (1 guy and 1 girl) are both over 30, working progressionals in the creative industry (music and photography) and are busy but very friendly. We like to have dinner together and have a nice chat in the evening. Important: its not a party flat, the party stays in the city and not in the flat. Generally we keep the flat very clean (but not crazy) and of course you should help out a bit too.
Please send me a bit about yourself and why you'd like the room. I cannot promise to reply to everyone but I'll do my best.
