Hallo Zusammen,
da mein Mietbewohner kurzerhand auszieht, würde ich gerne sein Zimmer erst mal für den Februar vermieten. Auf den Fotos seht ihr sein Zimmer mit seinen Möbeln; die würde er rausnehmen und falls ihr keine eigenen habt, kann ich das Zimmer gerne mit einem Bett, Kommode oder Tisch möblieren. Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß, also eher gemütlich. In der Wohnung ist eigentlich alles da, was man so braucht, Gasofen, großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschiene usw. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in Kreuzberg in der Nähe des Bergmann-Kiezes. Man ist auch sehr schnell am Kottbuser Tor und in Neukölln. Zu Fuß seid ihr in 10 min auch an der Admiralsbrücke und am Kanal. Sehr nett zum spazieren gehen. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich die U-Bahn Haltestelle Südstern und etwas mehr als 10 min die U1 Haltestelle Prinzenstraße.
Aber am besten kommt ihr euch einfach mal die Wohnung selbst angucken. Wenn ihr euch bei mir melden möchtet, schreibt mir bitte einfach eine kurze Nachricht wer ihr seid und wann ihr euch das Zimmer angucken könnt per E-mail oder per Whats App oder Telegramm unter ----/-------, ich versuche euch allen zu antworten soweit es geht.

Hey guys,
because my fate mate is moving out the next month, I decided to find someone who would like to the rent his from for February. On the pictures you can see his room with his furniture, that he´s going to take with him when he´s moving out. If you don ´t have any furniture yourself, I could provide with a you bed, a commode (chest of drawers) or a table for that room. The room itself has cozy 13 qm. I think the flat provides everything that you need in everyday life: gas stove, big fridge, washing machine and so on. The flat itself is near the Bergmannstraße (a lot of restaurants and bars), and also close by to Kottbuser Tor and Neukölln. 10 min by foot is the lovley canal and the famous Admiralsbrücke. Their are two subway stations in close proximity, the closest is Südstern (5 min by foot) and the other one is Prinzenstraße (bit more than 10 min by foot). If you interested then just write me a short message who you are and when you have time to have a visit via e-mail or whats app or telegramm on ----/-------.
