Hi there!
We are Lara and Valentin (Architect and medical student), looking for a flatmate for a few months (1-4months but flex) in our beautiful flat in Gräfekiez.
The flat is in a calm street in front of a little park, in one of the most charming Kreuzberg areas full of life.
it is 9min walk to Ubahn Schönleinstr, 11 min walk to Kottbusser Tor and 4 min away from the Landwehrkanal (200m)
The flat is 93m2 big, its a beautiful Altbau, with high ceilings and wooden floor (holz dielen).
It has 3 rooms, yours, ours and a living room - a classical Berliner Zimmer - with a tiled stove.
The kitchen is in a separate room as well as the bathroom, of course..
You can have a first impression of the spaces in the pictures. (Some pictures are a bit older and some furniture has changed)
your room is furnished with the basic needs: a bed, mattress, a clothes rail, desk + chair, lamps and curtains, some of the extra furniture on the picture will not be there (anthe main lamp on the roof is currently not working/not installed)
