Hi All!
I will be leaving my room in this amazing flat. Room is very big and bright - 32 square meters. It's fully furnished - king size bed, wardrobe etc.
Flat is very big, around 100 square meters, with separate 2 bedrooms, big livingroom (perfect for dinners and having friends overs), kitchen and a bathroom.
The full cost of the room is 750EUR, deposit 1500EUR

The flat is located in amazing area full of life (bars,clubs and restaurants) right by the canalas/Maybachufer. Closest supermarket is 2 min of walking (penny), also available in the nearby Lidl,Edeka, LPG Bio.
Close Ubahn stations - Gorlitzer ubahnhof (5min walking) and Kottbuser Tor (10min walking).
In the flat stays my flatmate. Anne is 26 and is from Amsterdam. She is a very open person and loves to cook at home and have dinner from time to time together. She has a race bike and plays tennis in the free time. Her daily work is connected with supply chain management by Zalando :)
Who are we looking for to replace me ?
If you're young and open and want to live in the most vivid area of Berlin, beside of that you have respect for your flatmate and are working (it's required by the landlord, sorry guys!), then feel free to contact me!
