A room for Rent 11.08 until 11.09 360€ between the Kanal and Urbanstrasse.
I am renting my 14m room in a 3 person flat for a month whilst visiting my family. The room is cosy and bright with birds softly chirping in the mornings from the treetops outside. The windows go out into the back yard. I have a lot of plants, so it would be nice if you would be able to take care of them :) I will make some space for you on the hangers and in the closet.
The flat has a colourful bathroom with a bath tub, ,a large kitchen with all the equipment and dining room with a big table for lovely meals, and a huge living room for relaxation, yoga, etc.
The Kanal is a short walk, perfect for summer evenings or if you want to go to a bar or restaurant there is a million to chose from. Also very good for people who like running. Admiralbrücke with its chillly vibes is 10 min walk. 5min walk to the U-bahn, Bus and 10min walk to Maybachufer weakly market. Bergmannkiez with its great shopping opportunities is also around the corner :)
There are 2 other flatmates, 28 year old Valeria and 35 year old Reith and one little, super active dog called Rico. If you are good with dogs, Rico doesn't mind of taking him out during the day :) At the moment the flat is not a hive of social living because we just got a new room mate and the other flatmate is working a lot.But we try to spent at least a bit time with each other.
No smoking in the flat, because none of us smokes. But of course we have one small corner where you would still be able to have a cigarette, just in case. You should be able to clean after yourself and be an open kindhearted person.
