The apartment has 4m high ceilings with original stucco, wooden floor from 1850, a bathroom with a rainforest shower & floor heating and a modern design kitchen :) There's a dining table in the kitchen with a cozy couch, up to 5 people can sit at the table. The hallway connects to the 2 bedrooms, the one I'm renting out is 25m2, has big windows facing south side to the quiet street and a sunny sweet balcony with nice view.
I have a grand piano in my room that is ready to be played if you want.
Chamissoplatz is frequently visited by tourists because of its beautiful historic architecture. It's the old art district of Berlin. One of the only places that hasn't been destroyed during World War II. Due to its location in the heart of Kreuzberg it's a very young, hip neighborhood with lots of eco friendly shops and vegan restaurants. The apartment is 5min walking distance to the popular Tempelhofer Feld and 10min to Landwehrkanal. Best Currywurst and Döner of Berlin around the corner.
5 min walk to the 2 most important tube lines (U7,U6) going to center, Neukölln, Berghain.. :P Very bike and e-roller friendly area. Of course there's also Uber, Share now (care sharing app), Clever shuttle etc. everywhere.
We - Lara and Jess - are two 25 year old girls living here. We met this summer on the dancefloor at Katerblau, immediately became friends and ended up moving in together. Jess is a model and interior designer, renting out her room when she is working abroad. I am a medical student and pianist. I have a grand piano in my room, but I'll ask upfront when I want to play, which is not that often due to my studies... We are quite clean and organized and hope you are too :P As much as we love partying, our home is our Sanctuary, so no parties or loud music here please.
I (Lara) will be working in Mexico from Feb 2021-4th of June 2021. The room will be available fully furnished, with equipped kitchen, internet, Alexa smart home, very nice bathroom with floor heating and a private very nice sunny and quiet balcony full of plants. The room will be available only short term max 4 months (min 1 month).
With fresh bed sheets and towels provided.
The flat is fully equipped in style as well as functionality. You would be living with Jess.
