***ATTENTION: To apply for renting this room, it is absolutely essential that you love cats. To start with you will receive a 2-months contract, but with a possibility to stay longer***
The room is 12 sqm and with that the smallest room in this beautiful and calm wg. It also has a south facing window, meaning the room is flooded with natural light. From here you can enjoy a great view over Berlin's rooftops as the flat is located on the 7th floor. Despite being in the middle of Kreutzberg, you hear very little from the busy streets below.
The room is fully furnished with shelves, a dresser, clothing rack and of course a bed, but you can also furnish the room according to your own taste.The flat has a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a spectaculous 25 sqm roof terrace.
You’ll be right in the centre of Kreuzberg, between Kotbusser Tor and the Admiralbrücke. The proximity to the canal (5 mins by foot) is a real luxury as it’s easy to go on long beautiful strolls whenever the weather allows.
Public transport to all of Berlin is also only a few minutes away and you can be in most parts of Berlin in less than 30 minutes.
Anything else you could need like supermarkets, pharmacies or kiosks are also only a couple of minutes from the front door.
You will be living together with three other flatmates.
The WG is furnished with all that you need. It is important to know that it is not a high end apartment, but the apartment has a rather an old but charming style. It is important for us that the apartment is well maintained and that good routines for cleaning are established between the tenants.
For renting this room it is absolutely essential for us that you love cats. Frodo, an adorable and cuddly Maine Coon cat lives in this flat and included in the rent is to also have the honour to care for- and spend time with him. That includes feeding him, cuddling him, cleaning the litter box, and being a solid rock if he would would need anything and also to keep your door open at all times so that he can move around in the flat. The plan is that Frodo will move away from the flat at some point with me (Francisco) as soon as I have found a new place to live where he would feel good together with our two other cats that are currently with me & Johanna in Sweden.
