Mein Freund und ich ziehen aus und untervermieten unser bisheriges Schlafzimmer über den November. Im Zimmer gibt es Bett (inkl. Bettwäsche/Handtücher), Schrank mit Platz für deine Sachen, eine Kommode. Das benachbarte Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer mit Couch, Musikanlage, Schreibtisch usw. kann mitbenutzt werden - über den November stehen dort nur unsere Umzugskartons und Sachen herum, die wir nach und nach abholen werden.
Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über ein schönes großes Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.

My boyfriend and I are moving out and subletting our current bedroom for the month of November. In the room there is a bed (incl. bed linen/towels), closet with room for your things, a chest of drawers. The adjacent living and study room with couch, music system, desk etc. can be used as well - over the month of November there are only our moving boxes and things around, which we will pick up bit by bit.
Otherwise the apartment has a nice big bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten vm Hermannplatz entfernt mit U8/U7 und Busanbindungen. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Netto, Edeka, Karstadt Perfetto, Aldi).

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Hermannplatz with U8/U7 and bus connections. There are numerous shopping possibilities nearby (Netto, Edeka, Karstadt Perfetto, Aldi).
Unser Mitbewohner Nico ist sehr entspannt und meistens viel unterwegs. Wenn wir mal gleichzeitig zuhause sind, trinken wir gern einen Kaffee oder ein Bier in der Küche.
Im November werde ich ab und zu in der Wohnung sein um den Auszug weiter vorzubereiten.

Our roommate Nico is very relaxed and usually on the road a lot. When we are at home at the same time, we like to have a coffee or a beer in the kitchen.

Gerade in der aktuellen Situation ist ein achtsamer und respektvoller Umgang miteinander sehr wichtig. Auf Partys und viele Leute in der Wohnung haben wir gerade gar kein Bock. Wir freuen uns auf eine entspannte Person und ein freundliches Miteinander!
