Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und hell.
Ich kann das Zimmer unmöbliert mieten, aber wenn Du ein Bett brauchst, haben wir eine zusätzliche Matratze in der WG und ich denke ich kann auch einen Kleiderständer und einen Schreibtisch für Dich hinterlassen.
Die Wohnung hat eine große voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Badezimmer.
Ich bitte um €375 pro Monat warm.

The room is about 15 square meters big and sunny. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old beautiful building, and has a kitchen and two bathrooms.
According to your preference, I can rent the room empty, or (if you don’t already have any furniture) we have a extra mattress, desk and clothes stand in the flat, so I can work something out for you.
I am offering the room for €375 a month all fees included.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg, in dem wunderschönen Bergmannkiez. Direkt neben U7 Gneisenaustr. oder U6 Mehringdamm.

The apartment is in a beautiful district of Kreuzberg full if cafés, markets, parks and little shops.
You are a 1 minute walk from the U7 Gneisenaustr and 5 minutes walk from U6 Mehringdamm.
Ich ziehe aus von meiner WG am 16. Dezember und suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner/in für die WG.
(Ich vermiete das Zimmer entweder ab jetzt oder ab dem 1. Januar.
Ich biete das Zimmer bis zum ende Juni, aber die Datum kann flexible sein.
Du wirst mit; Loay (26, Schauspieler) JK (30, Videofotograf) und Andrea (21, Studenten) wohnen. Sie kochen, quatschen, gehen zusammen aus und wollen alle eine gute Zeit gemeinsam verbringen - alles jedoch ohne Muss und Zwang, es gibt auch genügend Raum sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Wir sind eine internationale WG (aus Frankreich, Syrien und Peru), alle sehr entspannt und lustig.
Gerne schreib mir ein bisschen Info über dich, deine Alter, wo du aufgewachsen bist, wo arbeitest du und wie stellst du dir das WG-Leben vor; Ich möchte jemanden finden, den meine Mitbewohner lieben werden. ;)

I just moved out of my room and am looking for someone to move in (either immediately, or from the 1st of January). We aren’t allowed to rent the room for tourism due to corona restrictions, so I need to make at least a 5 or 6 month sublet. We negotiate the exact number of months.
You would be living in an international WG with Loay (26 aspiring actor) JK (30 video photographer) and Andrea (21 student) . They come from France, Syria and Peru and are all really chill roommates. They enjoy sometimes cooking together, having a beer in the kitchen together or doing sport (Andrea and I would always do Yoga together) but always without pressure. Everyone has their own privacy in their rooms of course. Please write me a but about yourself; where you are from, how old you are, where you work, and how you imagine WG life; I want to find someone my flatmates love.
And PLEASE WRITE FROM WHEN YOU WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN.
