We have a comfortable and quiet room available for sublet in our shared flat. The room overlooks the peaceful backyard of the building, providing a calm and restful atmosphere despite our lively neighborhood.
Inside the room, you'll find all the essential furnishings: a spacious bed, a functional desk, a generous closet, and some charming potted plants. Additionally, the room is located away from the other two bedrooms in the flat, offering extra privacy for those who value it.
This room is available for a sublet duration of three months, from October to the end of December. However, if you require a slightly shorter or longer stay, we can talk about that as well.
If you're seeking a tranquil space in a bustling neighborhood and appreciate having your personal space, this room could be an ideal fit for you.
When you live here, the U8 subway line will be your best friend. Additionally, the U3 and U1 lines, along with various bus routes, are easily accessible in just a minute walking distance.
Kotti is a special place: You can either love the post migrant magic here or hate it. But I have a feeling that you would love it.
Life is convenient here: Within walking distance, you'll find a Turkish supermarket, Rewe, Norma, Rossmann, as well as a variety of bars, clubs, dentists, florists, bike shops, and more. Whatever you're looking for, chances are you won't have to search for more than a couple of minutes to find it. (Although, if you're on the hunt for a traditional German bakery, that might be a bit more challenging to locate)
I live in the flat with my sister.
We are both artists and educators and we both have several side hustles. So life is quite busy, but not exactly the regular 9 to 5 routine. A big part of our work is done from home, but we also tend to go out a lot to meet friends and do stuff.
We speak English, German, and Persian. One of us speaks Hindi.
We share a passion for art, music, languages, humor, politics, social justice, and, of course, good food.
Maintaining a clean and tidy living space is important to us, and we both love to cook. Above all, we value creating a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can relax and recharge. We will be super happy to find someone who shares this values :-).
