Das Zimmer hat 2 wunderschöne Fenster mit 2 großen Fensterbänken.
Außerdem hat es ein wunderschönen Holzdielenboden außer Bad und Küche.
( ! Achtung ¡ Skizze - Durchgangszimmer )
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne.
Ansonsten steht eine neuwertige Waschmaschine und ein neuwertiges Herd/Backofen zur Verfügung.
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung alles an Geschirr und sonstige Küchenutensilien.
Das Zimmer hat einen Tisch, eine Matratze, einen Regal, eine Couch und einen Kleiderständer. (siehe Fotos)
Bei Bedarf dürfen diese verkauft werden. Das Zimmer darf man frei gestallten so dass man sich persönlich wohl fühlt.

The room has 2 nice Windows - with 2 Windowseats - Besides that it has this beautiful wooden floor, except bath and kitchen.

There is a bathtub for nice long baths.
Besides that there is a new wachingmachine and a new stove.
Other than that there is almost everything needed for the kitchen.
The room has a table, a mattress, a couch, a shelf and a chlothes rack. (See photos)
You can decide if you keep it, sell it and how you arrange it so you can feel comfortable.

Ja - Sogesehen ist das Zimmer die Verbindung zur Küche und Ausgang/ Bad anderen Zimmer.

Sara ist ein liebevoller Mensch der Rücksicht nimmt auf die Privatsphäre.
Ansonsten mag sie gern Salsa, Wein, Museen, Fotografie.. allgemein Kunst.
Hin und wieder zaubert sie traditionelles Essen und philosophische Unterhaltungen gehören zu ihren Stärken.
Sie ist eher ruhig und es ist angenehm mit ihr zu leben.
Ansonsten könnt ihr mit ihr Spanisch üben..

Yes the room is basically the connection to the kitchen and the entrance/bathroom.
BUT...
Sara (25f / Chile 🇨🇱)
is a super nice girl and a respectful person of your privacy.
Besides that she likes Salsa, Wine, Art exhibitions, Museums.. in general all kinds of arts.
Sometimes she cooks traditional food and she likes to exchange thoughts on life..
She is a calm person and a very pleasant woman to live with.
Besides that you can practice Spanish or English with her.
I live in Karlsruhe that’s why the room is free.
