Mein geliebtes WG Zimmer ist Anfang/Mitte April bis Ende Mail frei, da ich für eine Weile nicht in Berlin bin. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und zeigt nach Osten. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Es gibt ein 1,40m Boxspringbett, zwei Sessel, einen Schrank, TV, und Schreibtisch. Da ich das Zimmer selber möbliert miete, lasse ich für die Zeit auch alle Möbel im Zimmer, du könntest selbstverständlich alles nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt zwar mitten im Trubel an einer großen Straße, aber da wir im Hinterhaus leben, bekommt man davon überhaupt nichts mit.

My beloved room will be free from early/mid April till the end of May. The room is quite big (around 20sqm) and is facing east. There is a 1,40m boxspring bed, two armchairs, a closet, TV, and desk. Since I rent the room furnished myself, I am leaving all the furniture in the room, so you could, of course, use everything. The apartment is located right on Mehringdamm, but since we live in the back house, you don't hear any noises at all.
Die Lage unserer Wohnung ist super. Sie befindet sich im Bergmannkiez (Kreuzberg), direkt am Mehringdamm. Es sind jeweils 3 Minuten zur U-Bahn Station Mehringdamm (U6,U7) und zur belebten Bergmannstraße. Du findest hier alles, was du brauchst. Es gibt unzählige Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Und ein riesen Plus, gerade im Frühling - das Tempelhofer Feld ist nicht weit weg und bietet sich an für Spaziergänge, zum Joggen oder Inlinerfahren. Der Viktoriapark ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located in Kreuzberg (Bergmannkiez). It's a 3-minute walk to both Mehringdamm U-Bahn station (U6,U7) and to Bergmannstraße. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, it's a very lively neigbourhood. Even Tempelhofer Feld is only a 15 minute walk away - it's perfect if you enjoy running, going for walks, barbeques or inline skating.
In dieser WG wohnen Mo (28), Sarah (24) und Julian (26). Mo und Sarah arbeiten im Home Office und Julian ist Zahnarzt und geht deshalb arbeiten. Wir verstehen uns alle super und die drei würden sich über gute Gesellschaft freuen :-) Wir haben alle große Zimmer, eine längliche Küche und zwei Bäder. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Das wunderbare ist, dass unsere Wohnung (Küche, Flur, Bäder) wöchentlich geputzt wird. Außerdem wird unser Kaffee, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier etc. ständig aufgefüllt. All das ist in der Miete enthalten.
Your flatmates would be Mo, Sarah, and Julian. Mo and Sarah work from home, Julian is a dentist. We all get along very well and they would love some nice company! :-) We all have quite big rooms. We share the kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer which is super convenient.
You don't have to worry about buying coffee, dish detergent, washing powder, or toilet paper (everything is filled up on a weekly basis). Also, our flat is being cleaned every week. All that is included in the monthly rent.
