We enjoy having guests at our place who appreciate the mixed work-and-living atmosphere of an beautiful and quiet artist studio (40sqm) in the heart of Berlin's coolest neighborhood, Kreuzberg. We are renting out a second bedroom (35sqm) with double mattress a couch bed, super huge window. Please send us a few words about who you are, just those things you would want to know about people that you want to take to your home.
About our place: Huge windows stretch nearly floor to ceiling in a 90 square-meter loftspace that is part studio, part living, 2 adjacent bedrooms, a shared 10 sqm kitchen . Here you can make yourself tea and coffee and cook your meals, The shared bathroom has a washing machine and bathtub.
metro stations are within 5 minutes walking distance Schönleinstrasse,Hermannplatz) as well as there is a bus directly in front of the door. The canal, the parc Hasenheide as well as the huge former Airport Tempelhof are nearby. Not to mention the many bars and restaurants in either in Kreuzkölln, Neukölln or Gräfekiez.
