In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei, ca. 15 qm groß mit Fenster zum Hinterhof. Dazu kommen natürlich noch Küche und Bad, die wir gemeinsam nutzen.
WICHTIG:
Da mit dem Auszug unseres Mitbewohners auch ein Wechsel der Hauptmieter ansteht, suchen wir jemanden, der/die bereit ist als Hauptmieter in den Mietvertrag mit einzusteigen. Dafür sind die Gehaltsnachweise der letzten 3 Monate, eine Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft und eine Bescheinigung zur Mietschuldenfreiheit erforderlich.

There will be a free room in our shared flat, about 15 m2 with window facing the backyard. Kitchen and bathroom included, which are shared.
IMPORTANT:
We are looking for someone willing to become main tenant, together with us, entering the rental contract. Therefore we would need your Schufa (solicitar ahora) , the last 3 payment slips and the 'Bescheinigung zur Mietschuldenfreiheit' (a confirmation by your former landlord that you don't owe any rent). These requirements are not by us, but our landlord.
Wir leben super zentral im Möckernkiez, direkt zwischen dem Gleisdreieckpark und dem Mehringdamm. Unsere Straße und die Wohnung sind aber relativ ruhig.
Die U-Bahnstationen Mehringdamm und Möckernbrücke sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen (5-10 min).
Mit dem Park vor der Nase und der zentralen Lage lässt es sich hier richtig gut leben, auch wenn die Wohnung und die Zimmer nicht die größten sind.

Our WG is very close to the city centre, in 'Mckernkiez', directly between Gleisdreieckpark and Mehringdamm. Our street and flat are relatively quiet though.
U-Bahn Stations Mehringdamm and Möckernbrücke are within a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.
With the park close by and the central location, living is easy, even though the flat is not the biggest.
Wir sind Yannik, Tim und Benni, zwei Studenten (Ingenieurswesen und Arabistik) und ein Zimmermann auf der Suche nach netten Mitbewohnern, die gerne langfristig zu uns in die WG ziehen wollen.
Unsere WG besteht jetzt seit 2016 und hat in dieser Zeit schon einiges an Mitbewohnern kommen und gehen sehen. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, nichts muss, alles kann. Das WG-Leben spielt sich meistens in der Küche ab, Gemeinsam was kochen/essen, oder sich einfach auf einen Kaffee und ne Kippe ist gerne gesehen. Wenn jemand Ruhe braucht, respektieren wir das natürlich auch.
Wir haben keinen Platz für Sexismus, Rassismus, Homophobie, Xenophobie und so weiter.

We are Yannik, Tim and Benni, two students (engineering and Arabic studies) and a arpenter looking for nice people wanting to join our WG long-term.
Our WG exists since 2016 and has seen a lot of people over the years. We value a very relaxed atmosphere. Spending time with flatmates usually takes place in the kitchen, be it cooking/eating together or just sharing a coffee and a cigarette. But of course respect each others privacy and need for alone-time.
We do not tolerate sexism, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, etc.
