Das sonnige Zimmer zum entspannten Mitwohnen für 1 Person, ist möbeliert mit Bett, Tisch, Sessel usw.
Die WG liegt im Herzen Kreuzbergs und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum alltäglichen Leben braucht. Parks, die Spree und Kanäle, Cafes, Supermärkte, U-Bahn, S-Bahn sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, wie Strom+Gas, etc. Laufende Kosten wie Internet W-lan und die Kosten, die in der WG geteilt werden, betragen 40€. Die Miete gilt je Zeitraum des Monats (keine tageweise Vermietung). Nichtraucher-Whg. Bettzeug und Handtücher können zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wir verhalten uns rücksichtsvoll und solidarisch in der Pandemie. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Nachricht :)
You are working or doing an internship in Berlin?
The cosy and sunny room for 1 guest is fully furnished. Available: 09.June – 21.July 2021 (possibly earlier and longer). Additional costs for electricity+gas, etc. are included. For wireless internet and all running costs which are shared in the flatshare will be a flat charge of 40€. Bedding, towls available. The rent counts per period of each month, no daily rent, no hidden extra costs. Smoking is not permitted. Good transport conditions by subway and s- bahn. The house is situated in the heart of Kreuzberg, in the lively surroundings with shops, cafés, parks, etc. We behave with consideration and solidarity in the pandemic. PS: Anmeldung/registration in short term-temporary sublets is not possible. As soon as you have found permanent accommodation, you must register with your local residents' registration office within two weeks.
