I'm renting out my room in this lovely flat from July-late September. Move in and move out dates are quite flexible so just let me know what would work best for you!
You would have 2 private connecting rooms next to each other with a private toilet. The bed in one room and the rest in the other room. The second room will have a desk and a chair (not in the pictures).
The flat has a huge living room and a big terrace which is great during the summer.
The flat is in the Bergmannstr. in Kreuzberg. Very cool area with lots of restaurants but still quiet as the flat is on the top floor.
You'd be sharing the flat with a lovely professional worker from Spain. She's easy going and really nice and she mostly works from home. The flat is clean and the vibe is very relaxed.
The flat is gorgeous and in a really cool area. The living room is huge (55m²) and the West terrace is 11m² big.
