The room is free from the beginning of March (06.03.2024) until the beginning of April (04.04.2024).
The room is large (18 sqm) and faces south, so it is very sunny and bright during the day.
The bathroom is in a very good condition and has a bathtub as well as a washing machine. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.
The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building that was built at the beginning of the 20th century.
The house is located in the Graefekiez, which is between Kottbusser Tor (U8, U1, U3) and Hermannplatz (U8, U7).
The nearest underground station is U-Bhf. Schönleinstraße (U8) or the M41 bus stop Jahnstraße.
The Graefekiez is an extremely lively neighbourhood: there are numerous bars, cafés, restaurants and much more.
There are at least 5 supermarkets on Kottbusser Damm.
A few steps away there are shops for clothes, furniture, plants, etc.
The Kanal is close by (for jogging or walking), the Admiralsbrücke is a 6-7 minute walk away.
In 3 minutes you can reach the underground station Schönleinstraße (U8), which is located between Kottbusser Tor (U8 and U1) and Hermannplatz (U8 and U7).
