Hello,
I will rent out a beautiful room from the 15th of July until the 30th of August (so 1,5 months) :-) The Room is 20m2 big, very bright, furnished with a bed and a desk.
I am Anna, 37 years old, I am a teacher, a single mum (my son lives with me and his dad, so he is here half of the week)...I am a vegetarian, i like it to be rather clean, I am working from home and in school, so I am not into partying, though the area is very "party-like" and lively. What you have to know is, that at weekends the area, thus the room (due to old windows) can be a bit loud...music, bars and people are sometimes freaking out at Mariannenstraße...but at the same time is very chilled on weekdays and I really consider the flat as a calm place to relax and recharge. So I am happy if we have the same pace and it is not bad to like kids a bit (well a 5 year old)...though he is not here every day. Love to hear from you. x/ Anna
