The apartment is on the 5th floor of an early twentieth-century building. It is a crossing apartment from south to north thus is very bright. There are two large bay windows in the room and in the kitchen, you can open them to access both balconies.
The bedroom is in a mezzanine with two normals windows and two roof windows that let the air circulate. Below there is a bigger room with high ceiling and a desk where you can work and also a coach with living space.
The flat is located in Kreuzberg near the Mehringdamm U-Bahn station. Within 10 min walk, you are closed to Bergmann Kiez with all the restaurants and bars. Within 5 min walk also there is the BRLO a nice brewery and the Gleisdreieck park where you can bike or work out as there is a nice station for that.
One room is occupied by Romain, a french guy, he is 30 years old, he works in a startup, and he can speak English, German, Italian and French. He doesn't smoke, he is sports and knows the Kiez by heart, as he has been living there for 3 years. He can bring you to some cool open-air In Berlin.
The apartment has 2,5 rooms counting the 0.5 is the mezzanine, and it has two balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
You can put your bike in the inner court. We leave two pairs of clean bedsheets and towels.
We have no pets.
