I'm renting out a 20 sqm WORKSPACE in my appartment in kreuzberg from september onwards!
First of all the space will be completely empty (I couldn't remove the second picture) as I WILL BE USING IT PART-TIME AS A TRAINING/CREATION SPACE.
For the time that I'm not using it, I'd like to rent it out to another artist/creative/dancer/mover/anyone who can use the space.
You will be able to use the room 15 hours per week for 150 euros per month. You can't sleep in the room. This is just a workspace!
I'm ideally looking for a long-term renter, but feel free to write me if you're interested in renting out the space for one month or a couple of months.
I am a contemporary dancer and share this appartment with two other contemporary dancers, but you'll have your own key and complete privacy in the studio during the times you rent it. There is also a kitchen and bathroom, which you are welcome to use when you're there. Wifi is available.
